I’ve researched many anxiety-reduction themed sites recently due to seasonal mood changes, and found this helpful tip: write a gratitude list [from the site, Extra Happiness…also included in my links page]. Basically, write down everything you’re grateful for (senses you have, love, etc.), and keep this around to look at, in case of disappointments in life (which are inevitable, let’s face it).
The act of writing down positive things gave me a sense of peace. I hope I can pass this on to someone else as well!
