I am grateful to be continually inspired to write through Hashem, be it editing my novel Spectrum (started another one and can’t wait to work on that one), flash fiction (Mattie Page), or songwriting. Included below is music I wrote and recorded (my attempt at guitar playing). I don’t think it’s horrible, though, and was asked to perform, but wasn’t secure enough in my technique to play all instruments. I would have to have a backing band, etc. and both times I seemed to get people interested near where I live, it didn’t work. I will not go into details, that’s not for my personal blog. I love to write songs, and no-one will quash my spirit. Please, make sure no-one ever does this to you as well.
The following links include “Fake EP” (with Erik Peterson on accompanying guitar), “Fake” Remixed by Stuart Armitage from Very Little Effort and The Lyre Effect (the band I’m a part of from 2006-today). “Conduit I”, “Church at Midnight” (I introduced on Radio K) and “Fake” are songs I wrote and played trumpet, keyboard, and guitar on, while “Firefly” was a collaboration with Aurora Low, in which I contributed lyrics. If you are interested in listening, please feel free and definitely do. I like to share my work for free for now, and the more people that enjoy that the better, in my opinion!!
