I’ve often run across problems with people when it comes to communication. Isn’t that the basis for most issues with others, it seems? Directness is so important to me, and although it isn’t always possible, it is the best form. I’ve found liberty in it, and though I’m an introvert, I think I am up front enough (but told this by others so not just a skewed opinion). No drugs or alcohol help, believe me (both of which I don’t do). At least, I don’t try to be prejudice myself, but there is a possibility some may have an issue that is predatory such as racism and that trumps others for them, regardless of how one’s communication style is, overall (no pun intended)!
New York is a wonderful place, and one of my favorites to visit. It is known for its direct communicators, and often helpful types who will do whatever he/she can to further the human race. I’ve found out as well that the ones from New York who aren’t good people, you can find out immediately, because they’ve been conditioned in that environment to be direct. So, they cannot hide as well as other places (Minnesota for example, where I’m from)!!
Now, this is an example of a good deed accomplished as a result of direct communication-no need to plan a lot, just in the moment-so cool!:
Have a wonderful day!
